Although it’s the ninth track, the chorus is pronounced the same as the album title, with only a different spelling, which makes you wonder if there’s a hidden meaning.

It’s a track that gets the audience involved and really keeps everyone grooving!
Wake up, baby.THE ORAL CIGARETTES

UNDER and OVERTHE ORAL CIGARETTES

A huge hit on TikTok and YouTube! This is a track by THE ORAL CIGARETTES, currently making waves as the opening theme for the TV anime “A Stranger in the Next Life.” The lyrics, told from a boy’s perspective, are striking, vividly portraying life’s choices and inner conflicts over a hard rock sound.
Released in October 2024, this song marks the band’s first anime theme in three years.
It perfectly matches the anime’s world, which depicts a human drama set in the yakuza underworld.
It’s a great listen when you’re at a crossroads in life or feel like you’re losing sight of your sense of purpose.

S-LowTHE ORAL CIGARETTES

As you can tell from the title, this is a relatively slow-tempo song by The Oral Cigarettes.
The vocals have a mature, slightly drifting vibe that really elevates the track.
Partly due to its style, it leans somewhat toward the visual kei side, but it’s a very cool song.
Simple thingTHE ORAL CIGARETTES

A limited single available only at live venues and via streaming.
It’s marked by lyrics that burst in with overwhelming momentum right from the emotional opening guitar riff.
At the Zepp DiverCity one-man show where this limited single was released, the set was significantly altered due to vocalist Yamanaka’s throat issues.
It was later announced that he had vocal cord polyps, leading to a temporary hiatus from live performances.
He safely returned in December of the same year, putting fans at ease.
