Dance music recommended by dancers for people in their 20s: A collection of popular tracks

This time, I’d like to introduce dance music recommended for people in their 20s, chosen by a dancer!

Some of the songs are ones we listened to back in our teens, so they’ll probably make you feel nostalgic.

Unlike when we were teenagers, there are many tracks with lyrics that really resonate with people in their 20s.

There are also songs that express the feelings that changed from your teens to your 20s, as well as worries unique to your 20s, so it’s a great idea to revisit the lyrics and read them again.

And of course, since it’s dance music, it’s also amazing to just ride the beat, dance, and have fun!

As the theme song for the film Under Ninja, this track by Creepy Nuts stands out with a driving four-on-the-floor beat and dark lyrics.

Centered on the theme of one’s inner multifaceted self, it portrays the conflict of living behind the “mask” demanded by society.

Produced in January 2025, its danceable sound and overlapping rap lines create a compelling sense of speed.

Featured on the album LEGION, it’s a star-studded release that also includes theme songs for the TV anime Mashle and DAN DA DAN.

Blending an energetic dance beat with a cool, moody worldview, the song has inspired many users on social media to post dance videos using it.

It’s an ideal track for boosting motivation during dance practice and training.

GADORO delivers a standout track that radiates a deep affection for music and a distinctive way of enjoying it.

Set over a sound that incorporates elements of club music, the lyrics unfold with sharp observations of everyday life and a unique point of view.

It paints a portrait of someone who prefers chain-restaurant meals and casual fashion over a life of luxury, embedding a down-to-earth sensibility as its message.

Included on the album TAKANABE, released in April 2024, the song’s music video features comedian Machiura Pink, bringing its humor-filled world to life on screen.

It’s a recommended listen for winding down at the end of the day or when you want to reconnect with your true self.

A powerful track that urges you to believe in your potential and push forward has arrived from HANA, born out of the audition “No No Girls” spearheaded by BMSG and Chanmina.

Released in January 2025, the song blends pop and hip-hop while showcasing the unique character of each of the seven members.

Their expressive performance, honed under Chanmina’s guidance, shines in the music video, which features striking scenes in an elevator and on the subway.

Embodying a strong will to overcome challenges and carve out one’s own path, the track not only delivers meaningful lyrics but also boasts an irresistibly danceable beat.
