The Winking Owl is a four-piece rock band.

Guitarist Yoma is a highly skilled player who was active in the United States, and drummer kenT, who made waves as a genius grade-school drummer, is now a 19-year-old super-drummer.

This song was written specifically as the theme song for the anime “TIGER & BUNNY.” Its catchy composition is appealing and gives a very refreshing impression.
