It’s a spell to destroy you.Eight

Released in July 2025, this work is the Vocaloid version of a BokaDuo 2025 entry, characterized by a dark, weighty rock sound.
A torrent of aggressive sonics woven from distorted guitars and shifting time signatures shakes the listener to the core.
It also carves deep with its epic narrative, portraying the heartrending dilemma of being able to save a precious someone only by using the “magic” of breaking them.
A single whose dramatic worldbuilding becomes utterly addictive.
Irregular Manmasarada

A tense, electrifying number woven from electronica and industrial rock.
Created by Vocaloid producer Masarada in May 2025, it was chosen as the ending theme for the anime “Unknown Code,” featuring Hatsune Miku’s vocals—mechanical yet deeply expressive—that leave a strong impression.
As massive synthesizers collide with razor-sharp guitar riffs, irregular time signatures generate a unique sonic universe.
It feels like an extraordinary experience when listened to while driving or taking a nighttime walk.
You’ll likely be moved by the sense of modern loneliness conveyed through samples of urban clamor.
ForbiddenNanahoshi Orchestra

The gothic-tinged tone and bewitching vocals are so cool! It’s a track by Nanahoshi Orchestra, the Vocaloid producer also known as Riku Iwami, released in June 2023.
I think it’s a work packed full of the appeal of the ROSE voice library! Its powerful vocal timbre shines in the highly dramatic sound.
It somehow feels like turning the pages of a book that tells a grand, mysterious story.
It also has elements of EDM and rock, so definitely give it a deep listen!
growing painsKanzaki Iori

A candid outpouring of emotion set to a rock sound, woven by Kanzaki Iori.
Released in October 2024, this track sharply portrays the struggles of human relationships and inner contradictions.
Its medium-tempo groove underscores lyrics that hurl raw feelings without pretense.
It delves into the hidden emotions behind social media and our dependency on others—the shadowy side of modern society.
Bon Soyogi’s subtly sultry vocals are another highlight.
It’s sure to resonate with anyone wrestling with the distance between self and others.
When you’re worn out by relationships, this might be a song you can truly relate to.
femme fataleKedarui

A sleek rock tune with cool acoustic-guitar slap phrases.
It’s a track by Vocaloid producer Kedarui, released in 2021.
With touches like a walking bass and a horn section, Kedarui’s musical sensibility really shines, and you can’t help but be captivated by the stylish sonic palette.
The occasional heavy tones are a great touch, too—they seem to echo the dark worldview portrayed in the lyrics.
buzzkillAbuse inu

This is a track by Abuse Inu that leaves a noisy sound lingering in your ears and carries a touch of exotic atmosphere.
It’s a piece provided for the solo exhibition “Nostalgic Syndrome: Mud Water, 3rd Solo Exhibition, Journey to the Ends of the Earth – Mouth – Intoxication.” You’ll be overwhelmed by its chaotic sonic imagery and the world woven by dissonance.
That sensation of the sound relentlessly pushing toward you is irresistible.
If you’re seeking an avant-garde musical experience, definitely give it a listen.
