[Latest & Classic] Rock Vocaloid Song Special [VOCAROCK] (311–320)
Girl Narune Frontpolypho

It’s a fast-paced Vocaloid rock track with a somewhat retro vibe.
The song is by PolyphonicBranch (aka Polifo) and was released in March 2023.
From the intro alone the momentum is incredible; it’s a piece where waves of sound keep crashing over you from start to finish.
The heavily distorted, gritty bass sounds amazing.
I bet many rock fans who like this kind of sound will love it.
It also matches the decadent worldview of the lyrics.
And yet…
KAFU’s singing voice retains a sharp, clear contour even amid these alternative textures—it’s seriously cool.
merry bad endMafumafu

It’s a rock tune with a dark worldview that kicks off with a suspicious-sounding guitar riff.
Created by the popular singer Mafumafu, who even performed at the Kouhaku Uta Gassen, it was released in 2018.
As noted in the video description, it was produced around the theme of group psychology—specifically, “creating a common enemy to unite people.” Judging from the MV’s imagery as well, it might especially resonate with middle and high school students who can relate it to their own experiences.
It’s an addictive song where fear and coolness intersect, driven by an irresistible sense of speed.
New BreedMarasy × Jin × Akita Horie (kemu)

This is a hugely popular piece that proudly took first place in the TOP 100 ranking of VocaColle Spring 2023! It’s an ultra-luxurious collaboration by pianist Marasy, Vocaloid producer Jin, and Shota Horie (kemu).
The lively, high-energy sound is delicious no matter where you slice it.
The playful melodies and lyrics are irresistible, too.
Rin’s crisp, sharp vocals hold their own perfectly against the dynamic arrangement.
It’s a track I’d recommend even to those who haven’t listened to Vocaloid songs in a while.
PagrioideaLa Ditz-san

It’s a Vocalo-rock track that makes you want to step along to the beat! Created by Vocaloid producer La Ditts, it was released in May 2023.
The razor-sharp guitar sound is irresistible! The powerful drums and heavily distorted bass are awesome too.
If you like Japanese rock, this will almost certainly hit home.
The lyrics feature words with great rhythm, and the energetic melody is another highlight.
I also think the touch of adding a sigh-like phrase at the end shows excellent taste.
Special Zone for Re-Faith in the Worldpotter's wheel

An addictive rock tune with an irresistible, energetic guitar sound.
“Sekai Saishingō Tokku,” a track by popular Vocaloid producer Rokuro—known for hits like “Slow Downer”—is a highly addictive Vocaloid song released in 2017.
The sharp, tight band sound is absolutely thrilling! If you enjoy playing instruments as a hobby, you’ll probably want to try playing it yourself.
It also features a section that unfolds like a festive matsuri ensemble, which is a notable touch.
Want to boost your mood? Play this track! And don’t miss the red-hot guitar solo!

NurarihyonKizuku

The galloping band sound is super exhilarating! The insanely addictive high-speed rock tune “Nurarihyon” is a track by Vocaloid producer Kizuku, released in 2020.
The nonstop, full-throttle drive from start to finish is incredibly cool and so satisfying.
It’s also fun how the bouncing piano and various tones come at you from all directions.
The contrast between the upbeat sound and the downer lyrics really gets you—this is a track you’ll have on repeat for sure!
Big newsKitsuneri

It’s a rock tune that makes you want to sway your shoulders and gets you energized.
Created by the music duo Kitsuneri, made up of Gumiyama and N-Roach, it was released in 2023.
Its energetic sound and catchy melody line are irresistible.
Just following the sound is enough to sweep away the haze that had been clouding your heart.
The lyrics carry a wonderfully gentle message, as if speaking directly to you: “Tell me what happened to you.” Highly recommended when you want to switch your mood.
