Heart wreath

It’s a cute idea you can create with just a paper plate, tissue paper, and ribbon! First, fold the paper plate in half and cut it into a heart shape with scissors.
Cut out the inside in a heart shape as well to make a heart-shaped frame.
Next, glue crumpled white and pink tissue paper onto the frame.
It’s recommended to alternate the colors as you stick them on.
Finally, attach ribbons at the top of the frame—one for decoration and one for hanging—and you’re done.
For children who find tying bows difficult, prepare pre-tied ribbons in advance.

This is a fun snowman craft where the paint bleeds into patterns! Brush water onto the surface of a snowman-shaped piece of construction paper, then dab on your favorite colors of paint.

Origami snow rabbit
This is a craft for making a snow bunny with a cute, rounded white shape and tiny leaves.
You’ll need one sheet of white origami paper, two small pieces of green origami paper, a red dot sticker, and a crayon.
Fold the white origami into a triangle, then tuck the corners inward to form the snow bunny’s round body.
The shape becomes clear quickly, so even three-year-olds can feel, “It’s coming together!” Add a little touch of color to the wintry look by attaching small folded green-paper leaves to the head.
Use the sticker for the eyes and draw the mouth with a crayon.

How about a heart-shaped message card that would make anyone happy to receive? It’s a creation that will delight someone special, like a dad or a nursery school teacher.
Prepare two sheets of construction paper, and cut a heart-shaped window out of one sheet.
Put paint into a clear plastic bag and mix it.
A zippered storage bag from a 100-yen shop works just fine! Attach the bag to the other sheet of construction paper, then glue the heart-cut sheet on top.
Finish by decorating with paper hearts and bunnies, lace, or crayons! It’s fun to create gradients by mixing paint colors and to think about what new colors will appear as you work.
