Kitamura Camera: “We also offer home-visit purchasing for items other than cameras.”Ken Yasuda, Nori Sato

This commercial conveys that Camera no Kitamura also buys items other than cameras, through a drama depicting a father filming his daughter.
As Yasu da Ken laments that trading in his current camera isn’t enough to purchase a new one, Nori Sato suggests that they can buy other items as well.
Yasu da Ken’s consistently troubled expression throughout leaves a strong impression.
Suntory Kodawari Sakaba Tako-Highball “Flavor, Announcement” Version / “Red Tako-Highball” VersionMinami Tanaka

In the Tako-Hi commercial, the long-unanswered question—“What does Tako-Hi actually taste like?”—is finally revealed in the ‘Flavor Announcement’ segment.
However, Minami Tanaka and Tomio Umezawa end up disagreeing and arguing, so in the end we still don’t clearly find out what the flavor is…
which just makes you even more curious, right? Meanwhile, in the ‘Red Tako-Hi’ segment, a newly introduced plum-flavored Tako-Hi is featured, and many viewers were likely tempted by the sight of crushing a plum inside the drink.
BOOKOFF “Tokutoku Buchiage Festival” VersionUm, Machie Kakimaru

This is the well-known Book Off commercial featuring Ano and Michie Kakimaru that aired during New Year’s 2025.
It introduces a special promotion called the “Toku-Toku Buchiage Festival,” and, in keeping with the campaign name, Ano and Kakimaru appear in gyaru style and dance para-para.
The direction is completely different from previous commercials, which makes it feel fresh and so entertaining that you can’t help but keep watching.

Mizkan Ajipon for TKG “Gochitama Samurai” Version

This commercial introduces “Ajipon for TKG,” a perfect seasoning for tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg), through a unique samurai-rap concept.
A kunoichi appears before a samurai who’s troubled about how to make his usual tamago kake gohan taste better, bringing the product and successfully leveling up the dish’s quality.
With its mellow beat and laid-back rap, the spot creates a curious vibe where, despite the chill tone, the flavor of the tamago kake gohan steadily improves—making it a fun watch.
SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) Olive “The Passbook Person” VersionAtsuhiro Tsuda

In this commercial, Tsuda from the comedy duo Diane plays a man who is very particular about using a bankbook.
He’s scolded by his entire extended family for still using it, and they suggest Olive instead, which lets you check your balance on a smartphone.
With Tsuda’s poignant expression that makes you feel sympathy, this ad leaves an unforgettable impression once you’ve seen it.
Lottery: The 12-Billion-Yen Man with Him and Her, Episode 15 “The Man Who Found Out” / Episode 16 “Fever”Ryunosuke Kamiki, Mone Kamishiraishi, Koji Yamamoto

Ryunosuke Kamiki and Mone Kamishiraishi pursue Koji Yamamoto, who vanished in episode 14.
In episode 15, they finally find a clue to Yamamoto, and in episode 16 they at last reunite.
They discover that Yamamoto is now intensely devoted to training, looking very different from before.
According to him, it’s a kind of “heat like never before,” which means that, thanks to a rollover, the prize can reach up to 1.2 billion yen.
Another point is that starting from episode 15, the commercial’s title changes to “He, She, and the 12-Billion Yen Man.”
Nippon Ham Schauessen Power-Spicy “Spiciness” Version / Schauessen Oichi-zu Cheese “Chii” Version

This is a commercial introducing two Schaubessen products: Power-Kara (extra spicy) and Oichii-zu (cheesy).
The two ads have different tones, but both use bold direction with a good sense of humor, making them really fun to watch.
Of course, each product itself looks delicious, and combined with the mouthwatering, sizzle-filled visuals, there’s no doubt they’ll make you want to try them.
