I’m Hiyoko-sensei, a former nursery school teacher from Hyogo Prefecture. This is a song Gen Hoshino wrote specifically for the feature-length film of the anime Doraemon with the same title.

The comical words that evoke the anime’s world lift the listener’s mood.

Since there are many sections where the same notes continue throughout, choreography with handclaps or small, repeated movements would likely fit well.
