Android: Torisetsu MV 'Google Photos Is In There'

Polkadot Stingray is a female-vocal rock band from Fukuoka Prefecture.

They specialize in music tailored to demand and are a rare band that openly declares their aim to create commercially oriented music.

Indeed, their musical style aligns closely with current needs: while their works may lack strong individuality, they are exceptionally catchy.

In “Google Photos Haitteru,” a commercial song produced by the band is used.

Since it’s an original made for the ad, there’s no official music video, but the melody is highly addictive and sticks in your head after just one listen.

The song playing in the Galaxy Note8 commercial that you can’t help but get absorbed in is “FREER,” sung by Taichi Mukai.

It’s included as a bonus track on his first album, “BLUE,” released in November 2017.

It has that cool, international sound, doesn’t it? What’s more, the music video for the track was apparently shot on the Galaxy Note8, which also served as the tie-in.

It’s a work where contemporary music meets cutting-edge technology, so be sure to check it out as well!

This is a thrilling yet classical piece that was used in 2013 for Sony and NTT Docomo’s “Two Top” commercial featuring the Xperia A and GALAXY S4, titled “Docomo’s Two Top (2CELLOS).” 2CELLOS is a duo of two handsome cellists who also appeared on morning news programs and became a hot topic.

It’s a groovy piece that every music fan should hear at least once.
