Their name combines “Ryuto,” a term representing Niigata City, with “artist,” reflecting their desire to cherish and promote Niigata through their activities.

Formed in 2011, as of 2021 the group consists of four members: leader Nonoko Sato, Tomoe Uno, Yumeha Igarashi, and Miiku Yokoyama.

Their song “Raririreru” ranked 10th in the Songs category of the 1st Idol Song Awards 2012, and their fourth album Falsetto—featuring a variety of musicians on the production team—drew attention from music fans, establishing them as a group delivering high-quality pop beyond conventional boundaries.

Their beautiful choruses and harmonies create a wonderful mood.

Sota Itsu is a new-generation singer-songwriter from Niigata.

After switching paths from baseball, he began performing guitar-and-vocal sets in the spring of 2017 and was selected as a finalist in Mynavi’s Mikakunin Festival 2019, which was limited to teens at the time.

He won the Grand Prix at the COME100 Audition 2019 and performed at Nagaoka Komehyappyo Festival, representing Niigata Prefecture.

His first album, DREAMERS, released in 2021, is an innovative two-disc set: Disc 1 features a band style, while Disc 2 centers on acoustic sounds.

It delivers songs that stay close to listeners with down-to-earth messages, including his signature motivational anthem Try.

His crisp yet resonant vocals are seriously cool, and his classic, pop-leaning groove is also a major draw—he’s an artist to watch!

Michiru Yuasa is a singer from Shibata City who exudes an adult mood.

Her rich, sultry voice carries a powerful, oriental allure that draws you in from the very first listen.

She has a diverse musical background, including piano, trumpet, and Italian art songs, and has even appeared on NHK Nodo Jiman.

After meeting Masahide Sakuma, she formed the unit “blue et bleu,” and she also participated as a chorus singer on a GLAY album.

In 2020, she made her major debut with “Watashi no Hana,” which was chosen as the ending theme for the film Seikimatsu Blue, in which she also appeared.

He has provided theme songs and main themes for many works.

His music, calm and understated yet somehow nostalgic and warm, is the kind you suddenly find yourself wanting to listen to.

As an artist from Niigata Prefecture, this is someone we must not forget! Sachiko Kobayashi, an enka singer from Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture.

She was scouted after winning the Grand Champion title on a program called “Utamane Dokuhon” at the age of nine, and made her debut the following year, in 1964, with “Usotsuki Kamome,” which became an instant hit.

She went on to release hits such as “Omoide-zake” and “Tomarigi,” and her annual costume showdowns with Kenichi Mikawa on the Red and White Song Battle drew huge attention.

Since appearing at Niconico Super Pro Wrestling in 2015, she has been nicknamed the “Last Boss” on the internet and has gained popularity among younger generations.

Kotone is a female singer-songwriter from Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

She had just graduated from high school in March 2020, but her talent is undeniable—she won the Grand Champion title on TV Asahi’s “Konya, Tanjō! Ongaku Champ.” She made her major debut in 2019 with the release of the EP “Ashita e.” In 2020, she performed the opening theme for the drama Biz series “Haru: Sōgō Shōsha no Onna,” and she is one of the artists expected to achieve great success going forward.
