The song for April 1996 in that segment was “Niji no Mukou ni.” It’s a very well-known tune, so many of you may have heard it.

The dance might be difficult unless it’s for an older class, but since the song has a slow tempo, you’ll be fine if you take your time learning it!

The mysterious exercise guy “Miyake-man,” who is the central dancer for this song, is also very striking and intriguing.

The lyrics are crafted to appeal to adults, but it’ll be fun when the kids who dance to it so innocently grow up and discover what it really means!
