The flower motif is so cute! Here’s an idea using a plastic lid and an origami coaster.
How about making a coaster from a plastic lid to use when you take drinks to go or use cups while camping? You’ll need two plastic lids, origami paper, decorative materials, scissors, glue, and so on.
One of the steps involves cutting the plastic lid, so please be careful to prevent children from cutting their hands.
Heart coasters made with leftover yarn
@yuuri.asobi This time I had fun making heart-shaped coasters with leftover yarn. 💓 I had a bit of yarn left over and thought, “Maybe I can use it for something,” and had a lightbulb moment. 💡🧶 Mixing the yarn with wool felt creates a marbled pattern that looks so cute. 😍 You can get all the materials at Daiso, so give it a try! 🙌 My daughter loved it and used cookie cutters to make lots of little hearts too. 🥰 They look cute on a bag as well. 🩷 Apologies 🙇♀️ My son, who has recently stopped napping, kept barging in. No matter how many times I tried to film, he jumped in, so I gave up. 🤦♀️ The video is a little shaky… 🙏 Sorry about that! 💦 ❁︎ Materials • Leftover yarn • Wool felt • Wool felting starter kit • Clear file folder • Cardboard • Stapler • Scissors • Ruler ❁︎ Tips *♡ If the yarn doesn’t tangle well, add a little wool felt and poke-poke it in! ❁︎ About this account A clumsy mom who loves excitement solves “What should we do?” with kids. 💡 ▷ I tend to rely on videos for time with my kids… ▷ 10 minutes a day of parent-child play makes hearts happy and smiles grow. *☻ If you want fun at-home activities that kids will love, follow me! 🥰#AtHomePlayParent-child play

The key is the soft, fluffy feel! Here’s an idea for heart-shaped coasters made from leftover yarn.
Many households may find they have extra yarn after a crafting project.
These heart-motif coasters are a great way to use it.
They turn out with a cute look, so they’re highly recommended! You’ll need a clear file folder, scissors, wool roving (needle felting wool), finely cut yarn, cardboard, a felting needle, and more.
It’s fun to mix the wool roving with the chopped yarn, isn’t it?

Let’s make them with heat from an iron! Here are some patterned bead coaster ideas.
These coasters use fusible beads that melt with an iron.
A great point is that you can create your favorite color combinations and motifs.
You’ll need parchment paper, a round pegboard, fuse beads, and an iron.
In the video, they’re making colorful, pop-style fruit patterns.
Feel free to use your own ideas to create a one-of-a-kind original coaster.
Wool felt coaster
Let’s try making something while touching soft, fluffy material! Here are some ideas for wool felt coasters.
Wool felt is felt made from sheep’s wool, and it’s a material you can shape as you like by poking it with a needle or other tools.
This time, we’ll make coasters using wool felt.
What you’ll need: 15 grams of wool in your favorite color, a tray, a plastic bag, plastic gloves, stiff tulle, soap, lukewarm water, and a hand towel.
Mixing wool colors to create your own blend sounds fun, doesn’t it?
Fluffy Pokémon Coaster

Here’s an idea for making coasters using snack bags printed with characters.
First, cut origami paper into a circle to create a base.
Cut out the design you want from the snack bag and collage it onto the base.
Make a color copy of the base, trim off any unnecessary parts, and stick the design side onto the adhesive side of a laminating sheet.
Place a clear file on top and rub the back with a ruler to transfer it.
Trim off the excess laminating sheet, then soak it in water.
After 30 minutes, rub off the white paper residue with your fingers.
Once it’s dry, it’s finished.
