Craft ideas for children's association Christmas parties: simple and exciting project collection (51–60)
Cute little doll made of a pine cone

Glue a larger wood bead, which will be the doll’s head, to the bottom of a pine cone.
Insert wire wrapped with jute twine into the pine cone to create arms and legs, then wrap a scarf knitted from yarn around the neck and put on a hat made from jute.
Draw the face with a pen and glue the figure to a base.
Give the doll a dried flower to hold, and it’s complete.
Since jute has a natural color, adding a brightly colored pom-pom to the tip of the hat will make the doll look more festive.
The doll’s impression will also change depending on the expression you draw and how you have it hold the flower.
Animals of Pine Cones

When it comes to Christmas crafts with pine cones, trees are the classic choice, but you can make many other creations too.
This time, I’ll show you how to make animals.
Place a large pine cone, which will be the body, on a clay base, then use clay and glue to attach a smaller pine cone on top for the head.
Once it’s dry, use felt, clay, beads, and similar materials to create the animal’s face and ears.
Decorate the body with pom-poms.
Instructions for making a tree and Santa Claus are also included, so give them a try if you like.
Make it with origami! Pinecone wreath
It’s an idea for a wreath made not with real pinecones, but with pinecones crafted from origami.
First, crumple the origami paper once to add wrinkles and texture.
Then cut it in half, glue the pieces so they form a wide rectangle, and fold it in half so the top and bottom edges overlap.
Make fine slits along the looped edge, then roll it up tightly to complete the pinecone.
Make the leaves and red berries from origami as well.
Finally, attach the leaves to a wreath base made from thick cardstock, and decorate it with the pinecones and red berries to finish.
A Christmas card that lights up with LEDs

These are LED-lit Christmas cards that make great gifts for family and friends.
Let’s try a fun craft that kids can enjoy by drawing their own illustrations! After drawing pictures like Santa or a Christmas tree on thick paper, decorate them with stickers and masking tape.
Use a hole punch or craft knife to make holes where you want the LEDs to shine through.
The longer LED leg is positive and the shorter is negative, so be careful about the battery orientation when laying out the circuit.
Connect the conductive lines so the circuit isn’t broken, then attach the LEDs to each piece of conductive tape.
Finally, attach the coin cell battery, and your glowing Christmas card is complete.
Wobbly Snowman

Speaking of Christmas, it’s the time when it might snow—the falling snow really highlights the fun of the season’s events.
This is a perfect winter craft: a cute snowman mascot that gently sways side to side.
Cut thick paper to match the size of a plastic bottle cap for each part of the snowman’s body, assemble and decorate them to complete the snowman.
Then attach a clay weight to the plastic bottle cap and fix it to the body—done.
As you work, check how heavy the weight should be and how it affects the movement.
