[Easy] A roundup of origami ideas perfect for Christmas (11–20)
Christmas wreath

Let’s make a wreath that’s perfect as a Christmas wall decoration! Prepare some small origami sheets and create several parts for the wreath.
You can use the same color throughout, or use two or more colors for a colorful finish—highly recommended.
Once the parts are ready, glue them together one by one to form the shape of a wreath.
After that, decorate it as you like by adding round stickers or drawing embellishments with a pen, and you’re done! You can also fold a ribbon from another sheet of origami and attach it to the wreath—also recommended.
Santa’s boots

Santa Claus delivers presents to children on Christmas Eve.
How about making an easy origami project that anyone can try, themed around his boots? Fold the origami paper from the top and bottom after making a crease down the center, open it again, rotate it, and fold it up from the bottom.
Fold along the lines, fold up from the bottom, then fold the piece in half.
Open the inner layers of the paper on both sides and tidy up the corners to finish.
This simple origami idea for Santa’s boots can also be used as a decoration for walls or doors.
Snowflakes

How about making paper snowflakes with origami to bring a white Christmas to your room? Prepare small sheets of origami paper in colors that evoke snowflakes, such as white and light blue.
Use them to create several boat-shaped parts.
Then simply combine those parts and assemble them into a snowflake shape, and you’re done! You can make them in solid white or light blue, or mix colors for a nice effect.
Make plenty and decorate your walls to create a beautiful Christmas scene!
Santa Claus

Let’s make an essential Christmas Santa Claus! Prepare a sheet of red origami, position it with the pointed tip at the top, and fold vertical guide creases.
From this setup, fold from Santa’s head down to his feet.
You can complete Santa’s entire body with a single sheet, so there’s no need to glue other pieces together.
Draw Santa’s face on the white area, and add a belt around his tummy on the body.
For the nose, using a small round sticker is also recommended.
Put them up on your wall at home to boost the Christmas spirit!
gift box

Let me introduce a lovely origami idea that will boost the Christmas mood: a present box! This tiny gift will add a vibrant touch to your holiday room.
It’s easy for anyone to make, from kids to adults.
Pick some colorful origami paper and start folding.
If you decorate it with stickers and more, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind original box! You can hang it on the tree or display it on the wall.
Let’s all have fun making them and get into the Christmas spirit together!
Easy! Origami Snowman

Speaking of snowmen, they’re usually two-tiered, but this time let’s make a three-tiered snowman! First, fold the top and bottom corners of the origami paper toward the center.
Flip the paper over, then fold the top and bottom edges you just made toward the center in the same way.
At this point, the top and bottom corners will stick out, so fold those in to meet the center as well.
Next, place the paper vertically and make creases by folding the top and bottom corners twice each.
Align the corners with the center of the paper and the inner corners of the diamonds at the top and bottom.
Once the creases are made, flip the paper over and perform a pleat fold from the bottom, matching the creases to create the three tiers of the snowman.
Then, using the remaining top crease, fold the top part of the paper to the back, and fold the corners of the pleated section into triangles.
Finally, tuck the remaining bottom corner to the back, and your snowman is complete!
Cute winter fairy
Here’s an idea for making a little fairy using two sheets of origami paper.
The face takes 7 folds and the body takes 4 folds to complete! Let’s start with the face.
Place the paper with the white side up, fold it in half by matching the left and right corners, crease well, then open it.
Next, fold the top left and right edges in to meet the center crease.
Flip the paper over, fold the bottom corner up into a triangle, then fold it up again so the whole paper forms an isosceles triangle.
Flip it over, fold the bottom two corners inward, and the face is done.
For the body, follow the same steps up to making the creases and folding the left and right edges to the center.
From there, fold the bottom corner up to form an isosceles triangle, and the body is complete! Glue the parts together, then draw the face and hair to finish.
Sirius
I’ll show you how to make an easy Sirius star using a single sheet of origami paper! First, fold the paper to create fine crease lines, then unfold.
Fold it in half by bringing the top and bottom corners together, then fold it in half horizontally to make a square.
Open one side and squash it into a triangle.
Flip it over and squash-fold the other side into a triangle the same way.
Next, fold the top part of the triangle so that the corners meet.
Fold the left and right corners toward the center, then fold the front layer downward.
Tuck the folded part into the triangular pocket.
Flip it over and repeat the same folds on the other side.
Finally, blow into it to inflate, and shape it along the creases into a star—done!
tree box
You can make a cute tree box with two sheets of origami paper.
For the box part, use a slightly smaller sheet by trimming two edges 5 mm each.
The tree part can be regular size.
For both sheets, fold twice into triangles and twice into squares to make crease lines, then collapse them into the form where two squares overlap.
Fold the box part using the same steps as for a standard candy box.
For the tree, first make a center crease on the square so that two triangles form, then squash the four pocket sections.
Fold all the small triangular flaps inward, collapse it into a square pyramid, and you’re done! Stack the box and the tree, and decorate with stars and ornaments.
Star-shaped Santa Claus
I’ll show you how to fold a cute Santa Claus using just one sheet of origami paper! You’ll need one sheet of origami paper and a pen.
First, fold the paper into a triangle twice.
Unfold it, then fold two corners in to meet the center, and open one of the flaps.
Fold the tip of the opened corner up to align with the folded side, then fold the bottom part up to the top crease.
Fold the tip downward to reveal the white side.
Tuck it under the top triangular section, and fold the tip of the top triangle so the white side shows as well.
Unfold the part you just folded, and make a small triangle along the crease.
Next, fold the bottom section up.
This creates Santa’s face and hat.
Finally, fold the sides and the bottom to match Santa’s triangle shape, and you’re done! Draw any face you like.
