Indoor games and recreational activities recommended for college students (21–30)
USA game

DA PUMP’s smash hit “U.S.A.” is something every college student knows, right? This ‘USA Game’ uses the song’s chorus.
Specifically, during the chorus you say, “Come on, baby, ____,” and the respondent fills in the blank with a relatable ‘been there’ joke.
The game itself is simple, but adding some choreography makes it twice as fun.
Nanjamonja Game

The Ninjamonja game uses its own set of cards.
Players draw one card at a time from the deck and make up a name on the spot for the illustration on the card.
Taking turns, players continue drawing cards; when someone draws a card whose illustration has appeared before, they must say that illustration’s name.
The first person to say the correct name gets that card.
With simple rules, it’s easy to play—and it’s a game that also makes you curious about everyone’s naming sense.

Clap-Clap Game

Let’s try a clap-along game that also works as brain training, filling the room with the sound of rhythmic clapping.
The rules are very simple: when the facilitator’s hands come together, participants clap both hands once.
The facilitator can also add fake-out motions, pretending to clap without actually doing it, to make the game more exciting.
Once everyone gets used to it, increase the speed of the claps and keep a steady tempo—this will create a sense of unity among the participants.
Have fun and give it a try!
Association & Shiritori Game

The “Association Shiritori Game,” which combines word association and shiritori, is a very fun game that strengthens creativity and thinking skills.
The first player picks a theme and chooses either association or shiritori, then passes it to the next player.
The next player responds with either something associated with the theme or a word that connects via shiritori.
The key is that each player, when their turn comes, can instantly choose whether to go with association or shiritori on the spot.
Focus and quick thinking might be crucial.
It can get really lively with a large group.
Tasting/Comparative testing of XX

Tasting games are one of those party activities that really get people excited, aren’t they? For foods, choosing familiar items with lots of varieties—like potato chips or chocolate—makes it more fun.
For drinks, you could use green tea, black tea, or coffee.
These days, convenience stores offer a range of coffees from different brands, so if you’re a coffee fan, why not give it a try? Will people say, “As expected!” or will it turn out you were all talk? Depending on the results, things might change going forward (lol).
Grab a blindfold and give it a shot!
Indoor airsoft

On rainy days, plenty of people feel like getting some exercise even indoors, don’t they? For you, we recommend this “indoor survival game.” Recently, indoor survival game facilities have been popping up, so it’s great that you can play no matter the weather.
And as shown in this video, if you prepare toy laser tag guns, you can easily enjoy it at home too.
Saito-san Game

This is a game that uses comedian Saito from the popular duo Trendy Angel’s signature catchphrase, “Pe.” The rules are basically the same as what’s called the “Rhythm 4 Game,” but you use Saito’s “Pe” as the chant.
That’s all there is to it, but it’s surprisingly addictive—you’ll probably want to play it again and again.
