The Cro-Magnons are a rock band formed around Hiroto Kōmoto and Masatoshi Mashima, known as members of THE BLUE HEARTS and THE HIGH-LOWS.

Their hot yet catchy songs retain the same straightforward rock ’n’ roll that calls to mind tracks from their Blue Hearts days—one of their biggest draws!

In 2019, they drew renewed attention by providing the theme song for the hit drama “Mr.

Hiiragi’s Homeroom (3-nen A-gumi: Ima kara minasan wa, hitojichi desu).”

This song, included on The Cro-Magnons’ ninth album “JUNGLE 9,” was released in 2015.

The lyrics and music were written by Masatoshi Mashima, and it was used as the CM song for JA Bank’s “JA Direct Sales” commercial.

Though very simple and short, it’s a quintessential Cro-Magnons number with straightforward, punchy lyrics that make anyone want to start singing.
