Dreaming City feat. HIYADAMYo-Sea

This is a track released by Yo-Sea, a singer and rapper from Okinawa known for his distinctive soprano voice, featuring the Korean rapper HIYADAM.
It drew attention in 2018.
The sound is excellent and has been highly praised musically, raising expectations for his future success.
His voice is truly beautiful—husky, moody, and androgynous with a feminine quality.
He seems like he could thrive in R&B and related genres as well!
Don’t you see!ZARD

“Don’t you see!”, the 19th single, was used as the second ending theme for the TV anime Dragon Ball GT.
Its lyrics, which portray the delicate sense of distance and missed connections between loved ones, tighten your chest along with the somewhat sentimental melody.
Because many phrases repeat the same pitch, it’s relatively easy to sing; however, be mindful of the large leap in pitch at the beginning of the chorus.
The melodic flow is also relaxed, making it a number that’s approachable to try at karaoke.
quagmireZAZEN BOYS

ZAZEN BOYS is an ensemble rock band led by NUMBER GIRL’s guitarist-vocalist Shutoku Mukai.
Their groovy ensemble is so complex and cool that it defies intellectual understanding, and Mukai’s playful wordcraft explodes throughout this irresistibly addictive track.
Packed with a fetishistic, singular worldview, it grips fans’ hearts and never lets go—a truly inescapable, swampy masterpiece.

I don’t care anyway.[Alexandros]
![I don't care anyway.[Alexandros]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/QbpxxlvP-js/sddefault.jpg)
This track from [Alexandros]’s eighth album “But wait.
Cats?” was chosen as the song for YouTube Premium’s summer 2022 campaign commercial.
The band’s vocalist, Yohei Kawakami, is a singer whose slightly boyish voice is especially appealing, and I think that charm is maximized in this song, which carries a slightly bluesy melody and a laid-back, almost languid vibe.
It’s a track I’d love people with a similarly slightly higher vocal tone like Kawakami’s to select and try at karaoke, but if you sing it with forced power, you’ll break the song’s atmosphere.
True to the title, sing it in a “whatever” kind of throwaway manner from start to finish.
You’ll likely be able to recreate the original mood.
DRAMAaoni

aoni is an alternative rock band based in Tokyo.
They digest the influences of pioneering Japanese guitar-rock and alternative rock bands in their own way.
Their sound is noisy and powerful—at times they thrash their guitars in a wall of sound—yet their melodies, especially the choruses, are extremely catchy and familiar, the kind that make you want to sing along.
They’re an alternative rock band that blends not only a sense of chaotic gloom, but also approachability and an addictive quality.
Dokimeki Diaryasmi

Singer-songwriter asmi shot to prominence with PAKU, which went viral on TikTok and other social media, and with her collaboration track Yowanehaki feat.
Wanuka, asmi.
In 2023, she and Vocaloid producer Chinozo created a new song, Dokimeki Diary, which was chosen as the opening theme for the TV anime Pokémon.
asmi’s clear, translucent vocals convey the feelings of a girl just as she is.
Centered on themes of self-discovery and growth, the song celebrates the courage to face unknown possibilities.
It’s a track that gently encourages middle schoolers as they move forward toward their dreams.
Wear a dressclimbgrow

Climbgrow is a four-piece rock band formed in 2012 in Shiga Prefecture.
After building their career in the indie scene, they finally struck a deal with a major label in 2020.
Their unusually gritty, dusty aesthetic chews up garage, pub rock, blues, and punk, only gaining more momentum.
Their rock ’n’ roll—wild, tough, and the polar opposite of delicate and sensitive—races forward, and it’s sure to sweep up the kids at festivals and live houses alike, turning many into addicts.
