At Hakuoh University, the Hakuoh Festival has adopted the permanent theme “This is what Tochigi has” since its 44th edition. Our goal is to make the Hakuoh Festival a flagship event representing Tochigi Prefecture. True to its theme, it is an event where you can discover the charms of Tochigi.

Misaki Festival | Nihon University (College of Economics)Nov 2 (Sun) – 3 (Mon), Tokyo Metropolis
Nihon University is a comprehensive university boasting the largest scale in Japan. Its educational objective is to “always maintain a global perspective and contribute to the development of education and to human society.” Separate from the main headquarters in Kudanshita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, the Faculty of Economics campus is also located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The school festival is called the Misaki Festival, featuring events such as a haunted house and a stamp rally.

Aioi Festival | Sagami Women’s UniversityNov 2 (Sun) – 3 (Mon), Kanagawa Prefecture
Sagami Women’s University is a private university located in Bunkyo, Minami Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and was established in 1949. In recent years, it has become known as a filming location for movies and TV dramas, appearing in numerous works such as “Biri Gyaru” (Have a Nice Day), “Chihayafuru,” “Wolf Girl and Black Prince,” and “Seshiru no Se.” The name of its school festival is Aioi Festival.

Hakusan Festival is a school festival with over 50 years of history, held every autumn at Toyo University’s Hakusan Campus in Bunkyo City, Tokyo. Kaedemon Festival | Kokushikan University (Setagaya Campus)Nov 2 (Sun) – 3 (Mon), Tokyo Metropolis
The Kaedemon Festival, held on November 2nd and 3rd every year at Kokushikan University’s Setagaya campus, is a school festival with a history of over 50 years. Attendance can exceed 20,000 visitors. There are more than 70 food and activity stalls run by clubs, circles, and seminars. There’s also a main superhero-style character called “Kokushikan-ger.”
