The Tokiwa Festival is the school festival of Yokohama National University in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. One of its attractions is an open-air amphitheater where you can sit on the lawn and watch performances. There, a contest is held every year to select Mr. University and Miss University. Various events are also held inside the university library.

Known as one of the largest university festivals in the Kanto region, the Hakumon Festival is Chuo University’s cultural festival in Hachioji, Tokyo, attracting around 50,000 visitors every year. This school traces its origins to the Okura Commercial School, founded in 1900 by Kihachiro Okura, a prominent industrialist, and has developed from that predecessor.
