Kyoshin Festival | Seian University of Art and DesignSep 20 (Sat)–21 (Sun), Shiga Prefecture
The Kyoshin Festival is the school festival of Seian University of Art and Design in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. As it’s an art and design university, you can expect to enjoy a wide variety of exhibitions. However, something that’s quietly gaining excitement at the Kyoshin Festival is the Seian Hebocon. Billed as a robot contest for people with no technical skills, it features clumsy, low-tech robots battling each other. Keep an eye on this highly original and inventive competition.
