paint set
Races on the playground, singing songs, finger plays—during their time at preschool they probably drew just as many pictures.
Some children may even have held crayons or colored pencils at least once every single day.
It would be lovely to give paints as a gift along with those memories of drawing.
Unlike crayons or colored pencils, the great thing about paints is that you can mix your favorite colors.
We hope they’ll create lots of vibrant—and sometimes wonderfully mysterious—colors as they head toward the yet-unseen future.
If you make the paint box white, you can even leave a message on it!
Adorably cute magnet cake

Here’s an idea for making cake-themed magnets.
Use a plastic bottle cap as the base.
First, fix a magnet inside the cap and cover the sides with felt.
Then wrap a ribbon around the felt and glue it in place.
Turn it upside down so the bottom faces up, and start adding the “cream.” Mix shaving foam and glue in a 1:1 ratio, then add your preferred paint color to tint it.
Finish by decorating the cream with any small parts you like, and you’re done!

It’s an idea where you pack candies into clear bags and attach them to the balloon sticks to make a bouquet.
What you need are balloons, balloon sticks, clear bags, wrapping paper, and individually wrapped candies.
You can get most of the materials at a 100-yen shop, and buying family packs of individually wrapped candies will help keep costs down.
It’s very easy to make, so it’s a great idea when you want to prepare one for every graduating child.
Even with a small amount of candy, the balloons add volume, making it a gift that looks impressive.
Versatile! Checkerboard

I’ve never made a graduation gift before, so I thought long and hard and tried making this like, “How about this?” 🤔✨ You can use it not just for things to bring to school, but also for tasks to do after coming home or things to do in the morning when you wake up 👌🏻 Please try making one yourself 🌈 Thank you for reading to the end 🐶 I share easy-to-copy ideas—from the intro to the making process—that you can recreate simply ♬ I’d be over the moon if you Like ♥, Save 𖤘, and Follow 𖤐 😂 lol Comments are also very welcome 🤍🤍Nursery teacher / Childcare workerKindergarten TeacherChildcare studentGraduation crafts (for preschool/kindergarten)#Getting Ready Board#GraduationGiftFromKindergarten
Haruka – YOASOBI
When children enter elementary school, they need to manage their belongings and prepare so they don’t forget anything.
A checklist board is useful for this.
Cut the coffee filters you used for a bleeding-art project into small pieces and glue them around the edge of an A4 sheet of construction paper to make a frame.
Then glue a B5 sheet of construction paper on top, laminate it, and use an awl to make holes for threading chenille stems (pipe cleaners).
Make the holes in pairs, with as many pairs as you have checklist items.
Thread a straw onto each pipe cleaner, pass the pipe cleaner through the holes, and secure it.
You can slide the straw left and right to mark items as checked.
Since it’s laminated, you can use a whiteboard marker and reuse it over and over, which is really convenient.
Easy! Handmade bookmark
Let me show you how to make a bookmark using self-adhesive laminate sheets.
It’s really easy: sketch roughly the size of a bookmark on the laminate sheet, stick on decorative stickers, then seal it with the laminate sheet.
Punch a hole at the top and thread a ribbon through, and round the corners with scissors to finish.
When sealing the laminate sheets, press with a ruler or similar tool as you go to avoid trapping air bubbles.
By varying the types of stickers and ribbon colors, you can create many bookmarks with different looks.

A gift of smiles with a portrait

As a memorable gift, giving portraits to the graduating children is also recommended.
Even though we think we know our own faces, we don’t actually notice the finer details.
That’s why a portrait can lead to new self-discoveries.
Try drawing while imagining the children’s smiles—whether it’s a simple pencil sketch or a stylized, character-like caricature.
When handing out the portraits, make it even more fun by not calling names and turning it into a quiz to guess who’s who during the gift-giving time.
Milk carton accessory tray
@buchiko_hoiku 🐶 @buchiko_hoiku ◂◂◂◂ Check out my other posts too 🌼 Graduation gift idea #2 🌸 Can you really make this with a milk carton?! A super customizable trinket box 🌟 It was my first try at swipe art—ran out of paint so I added a bit more 😇 The finger stamping turned out even cuter than I imagined 🌼 This time I used swipe art and finger stamps, but tearing and pasting tissue paper, scribbling, or adding stickers could be cute too 🤭 Changing the ribbon would be adorable as well 🤍 Please give it a try 🌈 ⋱⋰ Thank you for reading to the end 🐶 I share ideas that are easy to copy from the introduction to the making process ♬︎ I’d be over the moon if you like ♥, save 𖤘, and follow 𖤐—I’d literally cry with joy 😂 lol Comments are also very welcome 🤍🤍 ⋱⋰Nursery teacher / Childcare workerKindergarten TeacherChildcare student#Milk carton#Graduation from kindergarten#GraduationGiftFromKindergarten

Easy to make with a milk carton! Here’s a cute trinket box idea.
First, decide the size of the box and cut out the template from a milk carton.
Next, glue construction paper with your favorite pattern to the inside of the carton.
Once the paper is attached, make mountain folds at the four corners and crease them firmly.
Punch holes in the four corners, thread a ribbon through, and tie it.
That’s all it takes to complete your trinket box! You can draw the patterns with pens or crayons, or use different art techniques.
