Candy hunting game

How about a “candy hunt game” as a Halloween idea that even little kids will love? It’s a game where children in Halloween costumes search for sweets hidden around the room.
Getting them to look for treats while shouting “Trick or treat!” will really boost the Halloween spirit! You could make the kids’ favorite candies extra cute with Halloween-themed wrapping, too.
Be sure to hide them in places where the children can find them easily!
Eyeball Carrying Game

Let me introduce the “Eyeball Relay Game,” where ping-pong balls stand in for eyeballs! All you need are small plastic buckets, ping-pong balls, and plastic spoons.
It’s an easy Halloween game kids can enjoy.
Players balance a ping-pong ball on a spoon, run, and compete to see how many they can carry to the buckets.
It might be easier if you decide the number of balls to transport beforehand.
Decorating the buckets with faces and drawing eyeball designs on the ping-pong balls while preparing with the kids will boost the Halloween spirit even more!
Pumpkin Fukuwarai

Let’s take fukuwarai, a classic New Year’s game, and give it a Halloween twist! First, cut orange construction paper into the shape of a pumpkin.
Next, cut out the facial parts of a jack-o’-lantern from other sheets of paper—now you’re ready to play! Blindfold the player, then have the others hand them the parts one by one so they can complete the pumpkin’s jack-o’-lantern face.
The person who makes the neatest face wins.
Whether it turns out perfect or not, it’s a game everyone can laugh at and enjoy together.

Ghost paper cup fishing

Get the party started at your Halloween bash! Here’s a fun “ghost paper cup fishing” game.
Adorable ghosts “fish up” characters like Frankenstein and Jack-o’-Lanterns in this unique activity.
You’ll need paper cups, an awl, wrapping wire, pens, white fabric, scissors, straws, magnets, and more.
If you make it so that the Halloween-themed paper cups contain candy inside when they’re fished up, the kids are sure to be thrilled.
Give it a try!
Mummy Wrapping Game

Even if you’re not dressed up for Halloween, you can still become a mummy in this game! Wrap toilet paper around someone’s body to transform them into a mummy.
Form groups, and choose one person in each group to be the mummy.
Within the time limit, the others wrap toilet paper around the mummy’s body to complete the transformation.
Have several groups compete at once, and in the end, let bystanders judge which mummy looks the most complete to decide the winner.
When wrapping the face, make sure to leave space so the person can breathe properly.
Candy grab

For kids, the candy grab game is practically a reward in itself.
In true Halloween fashion, fill a pumpkin ghost basket with individually wrapped treats and let the children grab as many as they can with their hands.
They can keep whatever they manage to grab as a present, which is sure to delight them.
Around October, lots of candies come in special Halloween packaging, so using those adds an extra festive touch.
For little ones with small hands who find it hard to grab many, it’s a good idea to provide tools like a ladle.
Devil’s Breath

“Devil’s Breath” is a game where you blow out candle flames with an air cannon.
Cut a round hole in the front of a large paper box and fill the inside with white smoke.
Once it’s filled, temporarily cover the hole so the smoke doesn’t escape.
Light the candle, then slap both sides of the box to fire the air cannon.
Aim carefully at the flame and send the smoke flying.
If the candle goes out, you’ve succeeded.
You can compete to see how many candles you can extinguish at once, or increase the distance to make it more challenging.
Please be very careful to prevent fires.
