Exciting Halloween indoor games! Ideas that kids and adults can enjoy (1–10)
Crawling through a spider web

Can you make it through without getting caught in the spiderweb? How about turning a thrilling, heart-pounding spiderweb crawl into a Halloween game for kids? Any material works for the web, but thin string can be dangerous if it tangles, so using strips of newspaper is recommended.
They’re not very durable, but they’re safe and easy to dispose of afterward.
Set it up in a hallway or similar space, imagining a spiderweb while leaving gaps for the children to crawl through.
Halloween Bingo
Did you know you can make scratch-off cards with paint and dish soap? Let’s use that idea to enjoy Halloween Bingo! First, create the sheets you’ll use for the bingo game and place them inside a clear file sleeve.
Mix paint with a little dish soap and brush it over the picture sections of the bingo sheet to hide them.
Once it’s dry, scratch it off with a coin.
This bingo isn’t the type where you look for called numbers—it’s a scratch-off game where you uncover and match the same pictures to get bingo.
Spiderweb Darts

Let me introduce “Spiderweb Darts,” a game that reimagines the ever-popular Halloween spiderweb motif as a dartboard! It’s easy to make with materials you already have at home and is sure to liven up any Halloween party.
By sticking masking tape onto a paper plate in a spiderweb pattern with the adhesive side facing up, you create a surface that the darts will stick to when thrown.
The darts are made by crumpling tissues into balls and wrapping them with vinyl tape.
Draw faces like jack-o’-lanterns or little white ghosts on the balls to give them a Halloween vibe!
Mystery Box

A game where you guess the contents of a box using only your sense of touch sounds perfect for Halloween.
You can even make the box yourself.
Just take a cardboard box, decorate it with construction paper and illustrations like ghosts or jack-o’-lanterns, and you’re ready to go.
The key is to let everyone except the guesser see what’s inside: attach a clear file (plastic sleeve) to just one side of the box or leave one side open.
Be sure to prepare items related to Halloween to put inside the box.
Slip your hand in and give it a try—feel the excitement and the suspense!
Ghost Busting Game

How about livening up your Halloween party with a “Ghost Busting Game” that uses ghosts as targets? It’s great that you can make it with everyday materials like toilet paper rolls, colored construction paper, and rubber bands! Wrap colored paper around a toilet paper roll and glue it on, cut slits into one end, hook on a rubber band, and you’ve got a rubber band shooter.
Draw ghost faces on the targets to boost the Halloween vibe! It’s easy to make by hand, so I recommend creating it together with the kids.
Eyeball scooping
Scooping eyeballs…
Just imagining it sends chills down my spine.
That’s exactly why it’s the perfect game for Halloween.
Make the eyeballs by sticking round labels onto ping-pong balls.
To give them a bloodshot look, draw veins with a red pen for a more realistic effect.
Once you’ve made plenty of eyeballs, put them in a basin and scoop them up with a ladle.
If you want to increase the difficulty, switch the ladle to a spoon.
Compete to see how many you can scoop within the time limit.
Apple bobbing

When it comes to classic Halloween games, “apple bobbing” is a staple.
You float apples in water and try to grab them with your mouth without using your hands.
Compete to see how many apples you can get within the time limit.
Smaller apples are handy, but regular-sized ones are fine if you don’t have small ones.
It’s hard to bite into the flesh, so try aiming for the stem to grab and pull it out.
Apples are heavy, so be careful not to drop them midway and have to start over.
