First, cut a sponge to match the size of the bottle cap, then tear it into pieces to create a snowy effect.

Attach the base to the cap, and use glue to secure Christmas-themed figurines.

Add glitter, beads, and other decorations into the bottle, then pour in water and liquid laundry starch (or fabric softener) and mix.

Seal the container with the cap, flip it over, and your snow globe is complete.
