Hotaru Fest | Music Festival & Events
HOTARU Fes is a music event held in Hokubo, Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture, in June, when fireflies dance. It’s a handmade, community-driven event created by local music and event enthusiasts, and it also features a market with live performances, food and drink vendors, and workshops. Admission is free, the event is held rain or shine, and in 2026 it will take place over two days: Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7.
