They gained rapid attention with their December 2020 digital release “Even If the World Comes to Hate Me,” made their major-label debut in February 2023 on Victor Entertainment’s SPEEDSTAR RECORDS, and released their first full-length album, “I Thought Anything Would Be Forgiven If I Turned It Into a Song.” Their true-to-life lyrics have firmly captured the hearts of teenagers, and their live shows now draw large crowds of peers.

The band was formed in 2020 in Takatsuki, Osaka.

In 2024, they were selected as an Amazon Music Breakthrough Artist, and their song “Millennium Plan” was chosen as the ending theme for the MBS drama “Nice to Meet You, Hello, Please Divorce,” bringing them even more attention.

UNFAIR RULE, a three-piece band from Okayama, was formed around guitarist-vocalist Towa Yamamoto.
In 2022, they made a big splash by performing at major circuit events nationwide, including Kyoto Daisakusen 2022 Eve and FM802 MINAMI WHEEL 2022.
In April 2023, they released their first nationally distributed album, “Itsumo no Koto,” and embarked on a nationwide tour.
They were also selected as ambassadors for Tower Records’ initiative “Ah, I Want to Start a Band!”—making them a band whose future activities are highly anticipated.

Yutori, whose straightforward lyrics and rock-driven guitar sound hit straight to the heart in songs like “Kimi to Kuse,” is rapidly gaining attention.
