Tattayuzu

This is a bright, energetic cheer song featuring acoustic guitar and tambourine.

If you use it for performances at sports festivals, it can lift children’s spirits with its positive message and get everyone excited with the “Tatta Dance,” choreographed by world-renowned dancer Kent Mori.

The lyrics are also appealing, celebrating the beauty of living each precious moment with care and encouraging each person’s journey.

Released in March 2017 to commemorate Yuzu’s 20th anniversary, it was also used as the theme song for Fuji TV’s variety show “Mecha-Mecha Iketeru!” Highly recommended as a track that shines in settings where children can express themselves energetically, such as group performances at sports festivals or dances at school events.

Animal Train

[Yotsuba & Mitsuba] 2021 Sports Day, 1-year-old Play: “Animal Train”
Animal Train

A great recommendation for a dance program is “Animal Train.” In this one, children pretend to be animals like rabbits or monkeys boarding a train and dance accordingly.

Because it doesn’t require fixed choreography, even younger children can enjoy dancing.

For example, when a rabbit gets on the train, they can make ears above their head and jump—try imagining each animal’s movements.

Deliberately avoiding a uniform choreography and letting children dance with their own ideas is adorable too.

The lively, cute dance will surely make parents smile warmly.

A cute message song from the duo Takashi-oniisan and Yuko-oneesan, both former nursery school teachers, was released in October 2021.

This fun track depicts a flightless penguin swimming through the sea with the power and thrill of a rocket.

Its cheerful, bright melody and lyrics portraying the penguin’s efforts instantly capture children’s hearts.

Included on the album “Let’s Go 100% with Rocket Crayon! ~Parent-Child Bonding & Play Songs~,” it’s perfect for group dances at sports days and events.

With a simple rhythm that makes it easy to move to, it invites kids to enjoy expressing themselves freely.

It’s a lively, energetic song that teachers and children can enjoy together, and one we highly recommend.
