Kids’ memorable dance, one more time!

How about putting on a dance performance at the preschool graduation party? If you move your body to the music, both the dancers and the audience will likely feel happy.

Choose songs flexibly—ones the children like, trending hits, or tunes that suit the graduation setting.

It’s also a great idea to use the dance to express gratitude and love.

If you perform it as a surprise, people will be touched, thinking, “They’ve been practicing a dance!” And for the audience, be sure to liven up the atmosphere with applause and reactions.

Penlight dancing, with its beautiful visuals that captivate viewers, is also highly recommended.

Penlight dance is a performance using glowing sticks to support artists at live events.

It’s also known as “cyalume dance,” and has gained major attention, with world championships being held.

There are a few basic moves, so start by practicing those first.

Using songs familiar to children—like “Gurenge” by LiSA, the opening theme of Demon Slayer—will make it even more exciting.

Incorporating choreography inspired by anime is a great idea too.

Dance ‘Sazae-san Dance’

How about performing a dance to the ending theme “Sazae-san Ikka” from the beloved national anime Sazae-san? You could base the choreography on the moves shown in the ending sequence, or go for something stylish and original.

The latter could be funny thanks to the contrast with the song’s mood.

Also, consider putting effort into Sazae-san–style costumes—like bringing an apron or masks.

Recreating that iconic hairstyle would make quite an impact.

Dance ‘Tsubame’

The song Tsubame, which is broadcast on NHK along with a dance, is something many of you may already be incorporating into your daily childcare activities.

The choreography is simple yet full of energy, making it easy and fun for children to learn.

It’s perfect for graduates to perform at a graduation party, and it also works wonderfully as a gift from current students to the graduates.

You might find smiles and tears unstoppable as the little, adorable swallows dance.

Creating simple costumes will really enhance the atmosphere!

[Balloon Theater] What’s inside the present is…

The fluffy, cute balloon theater is so much fun! We’re introducing the idea for “What’s Inside the Present…”.

In the video it’s performed at a birthday event, but it’s also a fantastic idea for a school entrance ceremony! You’ll get to see children’s sparkling, adorable expressions as they wonder what’s inside the present box.

When you open the lid and the balloon starts to inflate bit by bit, the kids are guaranteed to get excited! Take this opportunity to give it a try.

Teachers join forces to perform! Here’s an idea for a Kitchen Orchestra.

Let’s create dynamic sounds using familiar kitchen utensils and tableware that children know well.

The items include things like rice paddles, pots, bowls, and frying pans.

Watching everyone play in sync will surely make the children’s hearts dance.

Many children may have heard “March of the Toy Soldiers” on TV, right? Be sure to give it a try!

Memory Quiz Tournament

Memory Quiz Tournament

Let’s turn memories from kindergarten or daycare into a true/false quiz.

If you prepare a variety of topics—from things related to the buildings where the children spend their days to questions about their favorite teachers—it’s sure to be a hit! It’s also fun to come up with questions like: “There are five faucets in the playground,” “The park with the red slide is West Park,” or “Ms./Mr.

____’s favorite food is tomatoes.” If the questions are very simple, you don’t even have to make them true/false—you can just have the children answer directly and still enjoy it.
