As the graduation ceremony approaches, many parents will look back on the nursery school days filled with memories and be moved to tears.

Why not create a same-day graduation movie that conveys those emotions in a real and immediate way? “Same-day” means filming and then broadcasting or streaming without editing.

It’s also recommended to prepare in advance by adding interviews with the teachers who have cared for the children and introductions of the graduates.

Many parents probably felt nervous on the day of the ceremony.

Being able to watch the ceremony again in a movie and savor the afterglow is wonderful.

It might also turn the thank-you party into an even more memorable scene.

It’s common to play a memory video, but how about taking it a step further and creating a movie that includes messages from the graduates? Have the children put their feelings—like gratitude toward their moms and dads and what’s on their minds—into messages, and pair them with lots of memorable photos.

The children’s growth and the fact that they’re graduating is moving enough on its own, but adding messages from the kids themselves makes it a surprise that will leave everyone amazed and in tears of joy.

Ensemble performances are a great way for children attending kindergarten or nursery school to bond and deliver a cohesive presentation.

Start with instruments like tambourines and castanets, and encourage them to try a variety of instruments.

You can use children’s songs as a theme, or incorporate popular anime songs and J-pop hits.

For more challenging parts like piano or drums, staff members can handle the performance.

It’s a perfect act to enliven any event—recitals, birthday parties, or farewell gatherings.

Encourage the children to take on musical performances that will become treasured memories.

Parents perform the children’s recital dance

Children sang many songs and danced to music at nursery school and kindergarten.

Singing and dancing together with teachers and friends are such wonderful memories, aren’t they? Some children probably sing the songs they learned at school and dance to them at home, too.

At the thank-you party, why not have the parents perform the dances that the children have fond memories of doing? The kids will be excited since they’re dances they did themselves! Dressing up in costumes will add to the atmosphere and make it an even more fitting performance for the thank-you party.

Since musical performances and dances are visible expressions of the children’s growth, they’re sure to be a touching surprise for both teachers and parents.

Both options will require practice, but the effort itself will surely become a wonderful memory.
