Grapes for toddlers 🍇 Can you guess what the magic powder is, made by shaving this magic stick? 🤭 The answer is… Pastels 🖍 If you shave pastels and rub with your finger, ta-da! You can draw a picture so easily ♪ ☺️ These pastels are from Seria (set of 3 colors!). I think the powder sifter was from Daiso? How about drawing some simple, fun, and magical grapes with pastels? First, use a sieve to grate the pastels over drawing paper until they become powdery.
It’s recommended to mix several colors like purple and blue.
Next, use the powdered pastels to draw circular swirls.
Brush off any leftover pastel powder on the paper, then cut the paper into the shape of a bunch of grapes.
Finally, attach grape leaves to finish.
The swirling motion with the pastels seems like something even toddlers could enjoy.
For middle and older kindergarteners, trying the step of turning the pastels into powder can be interesting, too.
Grapes made by crumpling origami paper
Here’s an idea for making grapes by crumpling origami paper that’s fun to create, too.
You’ll need purple and light purple origami paper, plus a plastic bag.
Choose a small, clear bag.
Once you have the materials, crumple each sheet of origami paper into a ball.
The texture feels nice, so I think you’ll enjoy the process.
After you’ve finished crumpling them all, put them into the plastic bag, then cut the bag into an inverted triangle shape to finish.
It clearly looks like grapes and has a cute charm to it.
Making grapes with glue and crayons

Here’s an idea for a craft you can enjoy while chatting about how autumn is full of delicious foods: making grapes.
Prepare circles cut from origami or colored paper and paste them in overlapping layers to fill the drawing paper with a big bunch of grapes.
Apply glue to the back of the round pieces and create both large and small grapes.
Attach grape leaves as well, and draw the grape vines with crayons.
You can also try drawing grapes of different colors with crayons.
Why not make this craft while talking about the many different varieties of grapes?
grapes

Grapes are a great origami theme for teachers and children to make together in September.
Using a sheet of origami paper cut in half, you can create two grape berries.
Combine them to make a full cluster of grapes! Grape origami boosts children’s creativity and concentration, develops fine motor skills, and brings an autumn atmosphere to preschools and kindergartens.
You can also enjoy it in various ways—display it on the wall, use it for pretend play at a fruit shop, or make it as a Grandparents’ Day gift.
Why not include it in your autumn crafts this year?
Grape craft

As grapes become delicious in this season, try incorporating grape-themed crafts into your September activities and enjoy both the appetites and the arts of autumn! There are many ways to make grape crafts, so adjust the content according to the children’s ages.
For example, you can create a bunch of grapes by rolling thin strips of paper into coils and combining them, or by randomly combining thin rings made from origami paper.
Make leaves and tree trunks as well, and put them together.
These are perfect for wall decorations too, so make plenty and turn your room into a grape vineyard!
