Susaki Suki Character Shinjo-kun no Utaishida yousuke

Shinjō-kun is the mascot character of Susaki City in Kochi Prefecture, created with the extinct Japanese river otter as its motif.
He ranked fourth in the 2014 Yuru-chara contest.
His theme song is this “Susaki Suki Chara Shinjō-kun no Uta.”
