OceanSolomun feat. Jamie Foxx
A killer tune with the vibe of a sophisticated, top-tier mellow house track woven from a simple kick drum and soulful vocals! “Ocean,” the lead track from Solomun’s second album, “Nobody Is Not Loved,” released in May 2021 by the Germany-based artist—often called one of the most difficult DJs to book in the world—is a song you can enjoy even if you’re not into so-called techno music.
The vocals are by Jamie Foxx, the American actor and highly acclaimed singer-songwriter.
It’s the finest result born from the collaboration of two exceptionally talented artists.

Giving Up (feat. Mafro)TSHA
Tsha is a rising young female producer based in London, UK, who has also worked on remixes for major bands like Foals.
Ahead of her debut album Capricorn Sun, slated for release in October 2022 on the prestigious Ninja Tune label, I’d like to introduce her track Giving Up, which was released in June 2022.
Featuring vocals from Mafro—who is also Tsha’s partner—Giving Up is a killer tune built around a drum’n’bass-influenced beat that’s back in the spotlight on today’s scene, with euphoric, scattered synths and vocals delivering a striking hook.
As an aside, the track was reportedly written during a tense period in their relationship.
Pump Up The JamTechnotronic
In today’s pop scene, sounds that incorporate 1980s synth-pop and new wave are gaining popularity as a trend.
A similar trend exists in the techno scene, and among the works enjoying renewed attention is Pump Up The Jam.
This track, by Technotronic, who were active from 1988 to 2000, helped energize techno music in the 1990s.
