At first listen it may sound like a very light, upbeat pop song and seem not too difficult to sing at karaoke, but I believe this very “lightness” is the most crucial key to performing the song properly.
The track unfolds with a slightly swung rhythm and a melody with relatively wide pitch variations, and if you aim to sing it in a cute style like the artist herself, the bar gets considerably higher.
Since this kind of swung rhythm is also something many Japanese singers find particularly challenging, be sure to sing with careful attention to rhythm!
