Group therapy treasure hunt
https://www.tiktok.com/@bear_kids_official/video/7513775675971489042A game where you search for hidden treasures in a room.
As children naturally build concentration and observation skills—and if you turn it into a team game suited to their developmental stage—they also develop communication skills by cooperating with friends.
The sense of accomplishment when they find the treasure boosts their confidence and self-esteem! It’s easy to prepare and not affected by the weather, so you can put it into practice right away.
Since both kids and adults can enjoy it together, it’s the perfect activity for creating time filled with children’s smiles.

First, attach a weight to a balloon to make one that pops back up when knocked over.
Create a 3×3 grid on the floor with hula hoops or similar, and you win by lining up three in a row vertically, horizontally, or diagonally! This activity effectively improves motor skills, hand–eye balance, and sense of force control.
Kids are sure to be captivated.
It’s easy to prepare and safe to enjoy indoors, so adults can join in the fun too.
It promotes growth through play, so be sure to enjoy it together with the children!
Masking tape toy

Stick 2–3 strips of masking tape horizontally on the wall, leaving a small gap in the middle to form a tunnel.
Then drop balls or beanbags through it—simple and fun.
It helps children develop control of hand strength, aiming skills, and concentration.
You can place a box underneath and adjust how loose the tape is to match each child’s developmental level.
Children with disabilities can also enjoy success at their own pace, building confidence.
It’s easy to start with everyday materials, and it naturally brings smiles to children’s faces!
Butt-walking showdown

Let’s try racing by walking on our bottoms! Walking on your butt? It kind of feels like walking…
or hopping—such a strange movement.
Sit on the floor with your knees up, lift your feet, and move using only your butt.
It seems pretty tricky, right? Kids might be able to glide along more easily.
Set a finish line and see who can reach it the fastest! If adults do it, they might end up with sore muscles…
(lol).
Tail tag game

‘Tail Tag’ is a game where you tuck a string, acting as a tail, into the back of your pants and try to snatch each other’s tails.
If you make it a team competition, it can get pretty heated.
The thrill comes from the tension: if you keep running away you can’t grab any tails, but if you move in to take one, another kid might snatch yours!

Musical Chairs

This is the classic children’s game, musical chairs.
Arrange chairs in a circle with one fewer chair than the number of players.
Walk around the chairs to the music.
When the music stops, sit in a chair.
Anyone who doesn’t get a chair is out.
Remove one chair at a time and keep playing until you decide the number one winner!
Card Theater

Do you know about card theater? Card theater is a way to play using special cards that transform—by changing shapes or combining with other cards—to become something else.
It’s like a pop-up book in card form.
For example, a card you thought was just a red circle flips over and… it’s an apple! You might also enjoy making your own in various colors and shapes.
