Atsugi Music FestivalSun, Nov 2, Kanagawa Prefecture
This music festival, held in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture—also known as a city of music—is a popular event drawing attention for featuring today’s hottest artists. It also hosts a newcomer discovery audition designed to support local performers, and the stage by the Grand Prix winner is a highlight. After the event, we recommend enjoying local gourmet specialties like Atsugi’s famous “Shirokoro” horumon (grilled pork offal). Since the lineup’s genres change every year, it’s an event that will make you want to come back again next time.
