Ten Times Quiz

In this quiz, you first have someone say a specified word ten times.
For example, if the word is “spoon,” have them repeat “spoon” ten times.
Then, right after that, ask: “What do you use to eat pasta?” The correct answer is “a human,” but interestingly, most people answer “fork.” They get so focused on the initial word that they’re led to the wrong answer.
There are many amusing questions like this in the ten-times quiz, so if you’d like, try looking some up and planning them for your thank-you party.
Which is the AI-generated image?

AI technology has advanced rapidly in recent years, and we’re now seeing fake images so accurate they look completely real.
A quiz game that uses such AI images can really liven up a party at a thank-you event.
You show two images and have participants guess which one is real and which one was generated by AI.
The key to keeping it exciting is to start with easy questions and gradually increase the difficulty.
Even genuine photos can look AI-generated depending on how they’re shot, the effects used, or the lighting, which can make them hard to tell apart.
It’s the kind of game that’s likely to fill the room with surprise and smiles.
tongue twister

The more participants you have, the more exciting the Tongue Twister Challenge becomes—a fun game that can turn the whole venue into uproarious laughter.
Participants line up and take turns saying tongue twisters.
It’s a good idea to write the tongue twisters on a flip chart or cards and display them.
In addition to classics like “Namamugi, namagome, namatamago” and “Aka pajama, ki pajama, ao pajama,” try adding some original tongue twisters too! If you search online, you’ll find lots of funny and difficult tongue twisters for inspiration.
You can also split into teams and compete to see which team can finish faster to make it even more exciting!
Drop the Handkerchief

The game “Dropping the Handkerchief” has been popular with children for many years.
Choose one person to be “it,” and have everyone else sit in a circle.
The person who is “it” walks around the outside of the circle with a handkerchief and drops it behind someone.
If they make a full lap without the child noticing the handkerchief and manage to tag that child, then that child becomes “it.” Alternatively, if the child notices the handkerchief and chases the runner, but the runner reaches the empty spot and sits down without being tagged, the role of “it” also switches.
It’s a game that can be played with a large group and has simple rules.
All you need is one handkerchief, so it’s perfect for a party or group activity!
Bomb Game

You often see it on TV variety shows, right? It’s that game where you pass around a time bomb, and if it explodes while you’re holding it, you lose.
There are various kinds of bombs you can buy, like ones where slime oozes out or balloons pop.
You answer a prompt, then pass the bomb to the next person—something like that.
It’s a game that makes you a bit nervous and excited.
A Daruma’s Day

Introducing a game that’s sure to be a hit at any elementary school party: “Daruma-san’s Day.” This game is an evolution of the classic “Daruma-san ga Koronda,” adding a new challenge where players approach the “it” person while performing various actions and trying to avoid being caught.
If the caller announces, “Daruma-san spun,” everyone has to twirl around.
The goal is to follow the instructions skillfully and tag the “it” person, all while playing safely and avoiding rough contact.
It’s perfect for indoor play and guaranteed to delight the kids.
Cup Ball Relay
https://www.tiktok.com/@soramame.sensei/video/7295671319910272264You only need two items to prepare! Here’s an idea for a Cup-and-Ball Relay.
The movements are simple, but it’s surprisingly tricky—exactly why it gets exciting.
Give the Cup-and-Ball Relay a try! You’ll need paper cups and colored balls.
It’s helpful to increase or decrease the number of paper cups based on how the children are doing.
You use one colored ball per lane, but if you plan to add more lanes, having about five on hand will give you peace of mind.
The rule is simple: place the colored ball on top of a lined-up paper cup and move it along, cup by cup.
Definitely give it a try!
