Kiriko Isono debuted in 1985 as a member of the comedy idol group “Childs,” produced by Ishii Lasar.
She later became a regular on Tamori’s show “Waratte Iitomo!” as part of the ‘Iitomo Youth Team,’ and made her record debut in 1988.
After Childs disbanded, she worked as a TV personality on variety shows and appeared in numerous dramas.
In her personal life, she made headlines when she announced on the program “Gyoretsu no Dekiru Horitsu Sodanjo” that she was remarrying a non-celebrity man 24 years her junior.
Unfortunately, her second marriage also ended in divorce.
