I should be able to fly (in the sky).supittsu

Spitz’s classic song “Sora mo Toberu Hazu” (“We Should Be Able to Fly”).
When it comes to Spitz, you might think their songs are hard to sing because of the very high vocals.
It’s true that at first listen this track also seems high, but in fact its vocal range isn’t particularly wide.
As a result, most men in their 30s should be able to sing it smoothly without straining.
In addition, there aren’t any sections that rely heavily on vibrato, so you can deliver it nicely even without fancy techniques.
Definitely consider adding it to your repertoire.
Sync Of SummerYamashita Tatsuro

This is Tatsuro Yamashita’s 53rd single, released in July 2023.
It was reportedly written specifically as a song for Kirin’s “Gogo no Kocha” (Afternoon Tea) commercial.
When you think of summer, you think of Tatsuro Yamashita!! That image, combined with the song’s title, makes this a summer anthem overflowing with his signature style that truly evokes the season.
The melody crafted with that trademark Yamashita touch doesn’t span a particularly wide vocal range, so it should be very easy to sing even for people who don’t usually sing much.
Throughout the song, it feels best not to overemote—sing it a bit bluntly, with a touch of nonchalance.
Summer-colored FireworksSnow Man

“Natsuiro Hanabi” is sung alternately by the nine members of Snow Man, with little overlapping, so it’s very easy to sing solo.
It’s a medium-tempo ballad that lets you breathe comfortably and keep your voice relaxed.
It’s highly recommended for anyone who wants to sing at a calm, comfortable tempo.
The vocal range mainly sits around mid1 to mid2, so even if high notes aren’t your strength, you can sing it with confidence.
Ballads can be hard to add dynamics to, and some people might end up singing them a bit flat.
In such cases, adding clear accents at slightly higher notes or at the beginnings of phrases will help create contrast.
In this song, the C melody is the biggest highlight, so try singing with the image of projecting your voice far out, and enjoy it!
The truthKamenashi Kazuya

It’s a song released in August 2025, and amazingly, it’s their first solo track in about two years! Listening to it, the range centers on low-mid to high-mid, so it might feel a bit high for those not used to higher notes.
That said, the melody is simple with no particularly tricky parts, and the chorus repeats the same phrase, making it very easy to remember.
For singing style: keep the verse (A section) conversational without belting; in the pre-chorus (B section), there’s a spot that rises to D4—accenting that part will feel great.
In the chorus, there’s a small leap from C4 to A4—don’t hesitate to accent that! For the average male singer, the range should be relatively comfortable, and with its rock flavor, it’s bound to feel really good to sing.
If you like passionate themes, definitely give it a try!
Killer tune!Oizumi Yo

It’s a song released exclusively for digital distribution on August 14, 2025, and since it was created as the CM song for “LIVE DAM WAO!,” the theme is karaoke.
It sounds like a track that would really hype people up when you actually sing it at karaoke! Plus, it’s a fresh, uptempo number, so I think it’ll really shine in a karaoke setting.
There are a lot of words in the lyrics, so it’ll probably be easier to sing if you memorize a good portion beforehand.
In particular, the chorus has rap-like, rhyming lines, so once you lock into the rhythm, it should be easier to sing.
If you’re feeling it in 4/4, putting an accent on the first beat of the intro will give it a driving, punchy groove that’s easy to ride.
Rather than trying to articulate every single word, let the lyrics flow with the melody! When you’re learning the song, I recommend humming it—try it while staying relaxed.
MiracleGReeeeN

This is GReeeeN’s seventh single, released in May 2008.
It was used as the theme song for the TBS drama ROOKIES, which centers on high school baseball.
HIDE, GReeeeN’s lead vocalist, is a captivating singer known for his powerful, beautiful high tones.
Because of that, I feel many people might hesitate to sing this song at karaoke.
However, the song itself is very easy to remember and sing, so if the key doesn’t suit you, try adjusting it to one that fits best.
Especially toward the end of the track, where there’s a rap-like section, be sure to bring out a solid sense of rhythm and beat.
Eine KleineYonezu Kenshi

This is a track included on Kenshi Yonezu’s first major-label album, “YANKEE,” which was released on April 23, 2014.
Yonezu is an exceptionally skilled vocalist, but this mid-tempo pop song features a vocal melody that’s very easy to hum and remember.
I highly recommend it even for people who aren’t confident singers.
If you sing it without forcing anything—simply and sincerely—I’m sure it’ll feel just right!
