In this memorable commercial, three members of the Jumbo Kyodai—Satoshi Tsumabuki, Riho Yoshioka, and Yuma Yamoto—appear seated in massage chairs to announce the Valentine Jumbo in an unusual twist.

Through the line “the massage feels seven times better than usual,” it highlights that this year the number of 50,000-yen prizes has increased sevenfold.

It also thoroughly promotes other points about the Valentine Jumbo, such as the fact that despite its name it’s on sale until March 6 and that it can be purchased online.

It opens with Satoshi Tsumabuki and Sairi Ito playing siblings, talking about how their father—played by Toshiaki Karasawa—has been doing lately.

As Ito says, “He’s gotten a bit more playful, but he seemed fine,” she deftly puts not only fries but also nuggets into a Shaka Shaka Potato bag.

Tsumabuki cautions her, “You’re just throwing everything in together…,” but Ito hands him the bag and tells him to shake it.

When she says, “It’s okay for you to get a little excited too, big brother,” Tsumabuki, looking a bit pleased, shakes the bag—an endearing moment.

Ado belts it out in the year-end Jumbo luxury collaboration commercial! Is she finally showing her face after only silhouettes!? New TV commercial: “Jumbo Lottery: ‘Year-End Jumbo Symphony’”

This commercial features the siblings from the lottery ads collaborating with Ado, showcasing their singing voices.

On stage, in addition to Tsumabuki and the others, there’s the silhouette of a long-haired woman inside the familiar lattice cage from Ado’s live performances.

Just when you think this must be Ado, the lights come up and—surprise—it turns out to be Ryo Narita! It’s a wonderfully surreal ending that surely made many people laugh.

This is a commercial in which Satoshi Tsumabuki actually visits Taiwan and shares its appeal.

Tsumabuki’s unpretentious, natural enjoyment of Taiwan is also striking, and I imagine many viewers felt, “I want to travel there!” after watching it.
