A rabbit whose ear color you can enjoy

A rabbit with distinctive ears is an idea for children among 3-year-olds who have become familiar with origami.
First, fold it into a triangle, then fold both side corners up to meet the top corner.
Turn the paper over and fold the two top layers down to meet the bottom corner.
Turn it over again and fold both side corners toward the center.
Fold the thin top part inward, diagonally outward.
This part is especially delicate, so adults should assist.
Fold the bottom corner up to meet the center.
Turn it over, spread the ears to show the color, and draw the face to finish a cute rabbit!
3D Rabbit Challenge

Let’s try folding a 3D rabbit.
This folding method is quite challenging for three-year-olds, so we recommend pairing each child one-on-one with an adult.
First, fold the paper in half into a square to make a crease, then fold both sides along that crease.
Next, place the paper vertically and fold all four corners toward the center.
After creasing the corners into triangles, unfold those four creased corners.
Flip the paper over, and while checking the finer steps with the video, shape it into a rabbit.
You’ll feel a great sense of accomplishment when it’s finished!
Rabbit Hina Doll (Princess)

Let’s make a cute rabbit Hina doll! First, fold the origami paper into a triangle twice, then open the pocket to form a square.
Fold the flappy layer all the way up to make a crease, then unfold it, and fold the tip up again to the crease.
Fold both left and right corners toward the center crease, then fold along the center line on the back starting from the top corners on both sides—you’ll start to see rabbit-like ears appear! Flip it over, fold the flappy layer up, and fold the tip down so it lines up with the center line.
Fold both sides in a triangle toward the center line, then fold the flappy parts outward, and you’re done! You can use the same folding method to make the rabbit prince doll too!

snow rabbit

Let’s make it by folding origami 4 times + 5 times! I’ll show you a snow rabbit idea.
What you’ll need: white origami paper, light green origami paper, glue or double-sided tape, red round stickers, and a pen or colored pencils.
It’s a simple idea for making a snow rabbit.
Using white origami gives it a snowy feel, and the light green paper and red round stickers make the rabbit’s ears and nose look cute! By attaching the parts with glue or double-sided tape, it can also help develop fine motor skills.
In conclusion
We’ve shared origami rabbit ideas that are perfect to make with three-year-olds.
Rabbits are great not only for moon-viewing and mochi-pounding themes, but also for everyday childcare activities.
It would be fun to fold lots of them in cute colors like white and pink.
Using the finished origami for pretend play also sounds enjoyable.
Be sure to make use of them in various ways.
