Recommended crafts for adults in spring (21–30)
fabric panel

Do you know what a fabric panel is? A fabric panel is an item made by layering fabric over a wooden frame.
It’s a popular interior decor item in Europe.
The method is very simple—just attach fabric to a wooden frame.
You can look for frames on online shops.
When hung on a wall, it works as an accent in your interior or as a pop of color.
By the way, the formal name for the panel is “nude panel.” Use that term when searching.
Cherry blossom wall hanging

Make it with origami! Here’s how to create cherry blossoms you can hang on the wall.
First, fold a 7.5 cm × 15 cm sheet of origami paper into an accordion.
Open it, then trim the left edge into a square shape, leaving a little bit connected at the center.
Staple the center, draw a petal shape, cut it out, and open it.
Use the cut-out origami to trace and cut more petals.
On a sheet of colored construction paper, attach an origami border to make a backing.
Next, cut copy paper into thin strips 5 mm wide, gradually increasing their length.
Glue them together to make decorations.
Finally, decorate the backing however you like, and you’re done!
3D! Cherry Blossom Wreath

The 3D cherry blossoms are so cute! I’ll show you how to make a cherry blossom wreath.
Prepare origami cut into sixteenths.
First, flip a piece over and fold it in half so a corner is facing you.
From the center, fold the left and right corners diagonally upward.
Trim off any parts that stick out with scissors.
Apply glue (or paste) to both ends, hold the middle, and shape the edges.
Press so the tip becomes pointed.
Make six of these, then glue them together into a flower shape.
Next, use green origami cut into sixteenths to make the leaves.
With a corner facing you and the front side up, fold it in half.
Fold the edge up slightly, and make six, imagining a leaf shape.
Make a wreath-shaped backing, attach the flowers and leaves, and you’re done!
flower ball

This is a flower ball made from origami or copier paper, notable for its soft appearance.
The design changes depending on the colors you choose, so you can create your own style.
Cut small pieces of paper, fold them into triangles, make cuts with scissors, and unfold them to form shapes that are rounded on the outside with slits toward the center.
Then, tightly curl the spread-out edges into thin rolls, and assemble them together to form a ball.
It’s a craft that requires careful focus on details, such as curling the edges and combining the pieces while keeping the shape in mind.
Cherry blossoms made with plastic bottles

It’s a craft idea that might surprise you—who knew scrap materials could turn into such beautiful flowers? Cut open a plastic bottle and flatten it.
Even though it curls, straighten it out, then scratch the surface with sandpaper and add color using crayons or similar materials.
Pink and white, with gradient shading, make a lovely finish.
Use a cherry blossom-shaped punch to cut out the shapes, then drill a small hole in the center.
Lightly warm them over a candle flame to curl the tips of the petals.
Thread beads and wire through the drilled hole, make several of the same, and gather the wires to form a bouquet of cherry blossoms.
You can also wrap the finished blossoms around a real cherry branch.
