Animal riddles (31–40)
Animal Sound Quiz

This is an animal sounds quiz with four questions.
Since we rarely get to hear animal calls, it’s quite challenging.
It’s a quiz that lets you discover, “So that’s what they sound like!” The answers are flamingo, hippopotamus, Indian elephant, and siamang.
These are animal sounds you don’t often hear, so please give the quiz a try at least once.
Overseas Animal Sounds Quiz

Animal sounds that are commonly used in Japan—like ‘wan-wan’ and ‘nyaa’—aren’t necessarily the norm around the world.
There are many ways animal sounds are perceived overseas that even adults might not know.
This is a quiz that lets you learn while having fun.
Two-choice Animal English Vocabulary Quiz

This is labeled as a brain-training quiz for seniors, but since you just choose one of two answers, it’s easy…
or so I thought.
It actually includes some surprisingly tricky ones and some pairs of choices that are pretty funny, so it’s quite enjoyable.
If you follow this example and make an English animal vocabulary quiz, you might become an animal expert yourself.
A quiz on reading animal kanji

This is a quiz on reading animal-related kanji.
It starts off easy but gradually gets more difficult.
Partway through, I couldn’t read most of them, which made it a good learning experience.
Some animals are given kanji as ateji (phonetic or improvised characters).
Some of the choices are cleverly matched, while others make you wonder why.
The one for “koala” surprised me the most.
Animal Quiz

This is a quiz where you look for the same animal as the one given, choosing from four options.
It’s designed so that children who don’t know many animals and those who know a lot can both enjoy it.
The large number of photos also provides a great chance to learn about many different animals, which is nice.
