Mitsutoshi Ambe is a singer-songwriter from Kamaishi City in Iwate Prefecture, and this song was released in 1992.
He has written songs for many singers, and after the Great East Japan Earthquake he has been actively involved in music support events.
Now at 64, he continues to work energetically.

Voice actress Houko Kuwashima hails from Kanegasaki, Isawa District, Iwate Prefecture.
She debuted in 1995, gained attention in 1996 with Martian Successor Nadesico, and has remained active on the front lines ever since.

This song was released in 2012 as her debut single after television coverage showed her visiting evacuation shelters to comfort and encourage disaster victims with her singing following the Great East Japan Earthquake.
In the same year, she won the New Artist Award at the 54th Japan Record Awards.

Ayaka Komatsu is from Ichinoseki City in Iwate Prefecture.
Minako Aino is a fictional character who appears in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon and Codename: Sailor V, and Ayaka Komatsu played Minako Aino in the live-action adaptation.
Released in 2003, this song was used as the opening theme for the CBC/TBS network TV drama Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
