ONE OK ROCK is a Japanese rock band that has now gained worldwide popularity.

Their sharp, authentic rock sound is loved not only in Japan but around the globe.

Tomoya, who plays drums for ONE OK ROCK, is from Hyogo Prefecture.

He was originally a drum instructor at the ESP Musical Academy when he received an offer from ONE OK ROCK, and he drew attention from the start for his high level of performance.

As one of the members supporting ONE OK ROCK’s fiery groove, he’s definitely someone you should check out.

WEAVER is a piano rock band formed in 2004 by members all from Kobe City.

They made their major debut in 2009 with “Haku Chou Mu.” Their songs often have a gentle atmosphere, with lyrics that make you stop and think and melodies that resonate deeply.

Their musical style feels like a blend of the best aspects of UNISON SQUARE GARDEN and Official HIGE DANDism.

Sugimoto, who handles piano, has a clear, pure singing voice that really moves you.

Okuno on bass is active as a support bassist for artists including Sayaka Yamamoto, and Kawabe on drums is also a novelist—each member pursues solo activities as well.

No matter when you listen, they’re a warm band that quietly gives you a push or makes you feel seen.

raciku is a piano-and-guitar rock band from the Kansai region.

Centered around Yuya Hirata—who had already been active as a solo artist mainly in Nara—they started in 2017.

Their biggest draw is, without a doubt, Hirata’s overwhelming vocals.

With just one listen, his voice’s distinctive timbre pulls you in, and many listeners are captivated by his remarkable singing ability.

Even on recordings his voice is moving, but hearing it live is unimaginably powerful and beautiful.

They’ve written many songs that hit you right in the heart, so if you’re curious, be sure to experience them at a live show!

A singer-songwriter from Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, known for their bespectacled look and singing while playing the ukulele.

They shot to fame with the theme song “Kaze ni Naru” for Studio Ghibli’s film The Cat Returns, and have had various songs featured in commercials, as well as providing music to other artists.

Hatake, the guitarist and leader of Sharam Q—a rock band that became emblematic of the 1990s J-pop scene thanks to major hits like “Single Bed” and “Zuruik Onna” (“Sly Woman”)—is from Wakayama Prefecture.

Known for a wide-ranging musical palette spanning kayōkyoku, hard rock, and enka, he is also recognized for his broad musical activities beyond the band, including writing songs for and producing numerous artists.

At the same time, when arranging the band’s music, he often gives the guitar parts a metal-like edge, resulting in arrangements that match his look and give the songs a truly one-of-a-kind finish.

He is also an energetic artist who records and performs sessions with musicians from overseas.

Rina Yamashita is a singer-songwriter from Nara Prefecture.

If you’re from Osaka, you may have seen her performing street lives around Osaka Station.

She’s been very active as an officially recognized MUSIC BUSKER IN UMEKITA artist! What’s more, her song “Diet no Uta” was used in a TuneCore Japan YouTube commercial, drawing lots of attention.

Her energetic personality and her beautiful yet powerful voice are a must-hear!

Yoshihisa Hirasaka, leader of the rock band WINDS Hirasaka, which is mainly active in Wakayama Prefecture, is a native of Wakayama.

The group originally performed under the name WINDS and was especially well known in the Kinki region as the artist behind Joshin Denki’s commercial song “Don’t Lose Your Passion.” After transitioning from a band to a duo, since 2009 the act has continued as a band with only Yoshihisa Hirasaka as the official member.

He is also known for having supported singer-songwriter Yasuhiro Yamane in parallel with his band activities.

In 2018, he received the Hashimoto City Cultural Encouragement Award, and he remains an artist expected to stay active on the front lines.
