Fly me to the moonUiriamusu Hiroko

“Fly Me to the Moon” is a world-famous jazz number that has been sung by many vocalists over the years.
In Japanese, it carries the sense of “take me to the moon.” It’s a gentle, mellow song that you want to listen to while gazing at the moon at night.
Even now, it transcends time and is loved by jazz enthusiasts around the world.
The backing arrangement—whether strings, piano, or otherwise—changes the overall impression.
Every version has its own personality and is wonderful in its own way.
TEQUILA HELLRISERJō Arukōru (moto THE HONG KONG KNIFE)

Active in various bands since around 1988.
In addition to guitar and bass, he also plays drums on recordings, and is known for a loud, high-octane rock ’n’ roll sound.
His intense stage antics—such as diving into the drum set—took a toll, and he underwent major surgery in 2010.
He has contributed to tribute albums for rock and punk artists around the world and appeared at memorial concerts.
He’s still a full-throttle rocker, performing regularly at live houses.
Yoichi Murata Solid Brass LIVE!!Murata Yoichi

Born in 1963 in Shizuoka City, he is a music producer and trombonist.
He is one of the artists who energize and lead Japan’s jazz scene.
Although often described as a driving force in jazz, his activities span a wide range of genres, including pop and classical, and he previously performed with Orquesta de la Luz.
He has also worked as an arranger for numerous artists and has arranged music for TV dramas and anime.
DREAMSAsada Shinichi (ex-SMILE)

Born in 1969, former songwriter and vocal guitarist of the rock band SMILE.
After SMILE disbanded, in addition to his solo work he has written lyrics and composed songs, and worked as a music producer for a wide range of artists in Japan—from bands and Johnny’s acts to idols.
At the time of their debut, SMILE was highly regarded by the music industry as a highly anticipated major newcomer, drawing attention as the next Mr.
Children or Spitz.
Although they disbanded at one point, they reunited in 2014.
WaveSuzuki Shigeko

Shigeko Suzuki, whose soothing singing voice heals the hearts of the weary.
Her voice truly has the power to heal—so much so that her tagline, “a singer who weaves the resonances of life,” feels perfectly apt.
Born in 1965 and hailing from Hamamatsu, she is a vocalist rooted in Shizuoka, serving in numerous ambassador roles and thriving in many different scenes.
She also gives performances and lectures at schools, hospitals, and welfare facilities.
White HighwayMakiage Kōichi (Hikashū)

Koichi Makigami, the vocalist of the five-member band Hikashu, is from Atami City in Shizuoka Prefecture, and Masaharu Sato, who handles drums and percussion, is from Mishima City in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Their second single, “Shiroi Highway,” was used as a song in a Clarion commercial.

TeddyLoid is a music producer from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
He enjoyed creating music with computers from a young age, and at 18 he toured the world as the tour DJ for guitarist MIYAVI.
He later gained further recognition by producing soundtracks for anime and collaborating with well-known artists such as Momoiro Clover Z and Kou Shibasaki.
