Leading fishbowl, a creative collective based in Shizuoka Prefecture, is lyricist, composer, and music producer Sho Yamamoto.
With an unconventional background in philosophy from the University of Tokyo, he was active in the electropop unit “phenotas” starting in 2012 and became fishbowl’s producer in 2021.
Their album “Shizen” won the Tokai Block Award at the 17th CD Shop Awards in 2025, earning recognition for music activities rooted in the local community.
Centering on J-pop while fusing idol pop and electropop, their work is marked by a craftsmanlike dedication that spans everything from songwriting to choreography and video direction.

Mie and Kei of the idol duo Pink Lady are from Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
Their sixth single, “UFO,” became Pink Lady’s biggest hit.

Singer-songwriter KOKONA from Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture chose to devote herself to music at a very young age, right after graduating from junior high school.
