Akashiya Sanma, who works as a comedian and actor, is from Koza, Higashimuro District, Wakayama Prefecture—present-day Kushimoto, Higashimuro District.
He is also active as a singer, and one of his representative songs is “Amida Babaa no Uta.” The lyrics, composition, and chorus for this song were handled by Keisuke Kuwata of Southern All Stars.
