First, tie the T-shirts with rubber bands.

A hat made with colored poly

Here’s a popular hat made from colored plastic bags that’s a big hit at sports days and recreational games.

Prepare colored plastic bags, double-sided tape, flat elastic, construction paper, rubber bands, cardstock, scissors, and clear tape, then follow these steps:

1) Stick double-sided tape along the edge of a colored plastic bag cut into a rectangle.

Fold it into thirds and thread the flat elastic through the fold.

2) Cut out facial parts from construction paper and stick them onto the bag where you threaded the elastic.

3) Gather the opposite end of the bag (the side without elastic), secure it tightly with a rubber band, then turn the whole thing inside out to finish the hat.

4) You can also cut ear shapes from cardstock and attach them between layers of the plastic bag for a cute touch.
