In 1995, El Cumbanchero was included in the series.
Since high school baseball cheering is typically led by school wind bands, and because of the song’s energetic feel, El Cumbanchero gradually became established as a baseball cheer song.
Many schools use it, so you often hear it during TV broadcasts of the National High School Baseball Championship.
