Christmas Crafts to Enjoy with Kids: Stylish and Easy Ideas (41–50)
Strawberry Santa

This is a round, cute Santa Claus mascot made in pink and red, just like a strawberry.
First, wrap felt around a toilet paper roll core to measure the length, cut it, and make small slits.
Then glue the felt onto the core, flip and attach the slit sections, and shape it into a smooth round form.
Finally, attach parts like Santa’s beard and hat to the remaining part of the core to finish.
Be careful not to make sharp creases—aim for a soft look as you shape it.
Stylish 3D Christmas tree

It’s a cute and festive mascot that looks like a large bell is placed inside a Christmas tree.
The tree base is made by cutting and assembling thick paper; it forms a triangle with intentional gaps.
Place the bell mascot in the gap created by assembling the thick paper, and decorate the whole piece with ribbons and more to finish.
Think about the balance of colors and shapes—such as which color to use for the tree base and what kind of bell to use—as you create it.
photo snow globe

An original snow globe that you can easily make just by cutting out and inserting your favorite photo.
If you use the Original Photo Dome sold by the Japan Snow Globe Association, there’s no need to deal with liquids—you just create the photo portion and it’s done.
Since the combined photo becomes the background of the snow globe, think about which colors will make the glitter sparkle most beautifully.
To make the photo stand out even more, we also recommend a setup with a light installed underneath.
Paper plate Christmas tree

This is a small Christmas tree mascot made by decorating a base crafted from a cut paper plate.
First, cut the paper plate in half, paint the rim brown for the trunk, then roll it into a pointed cone shape.
Next, glue small pieces of green origami around it as leaves, add decorations, and it’s done.
It’s important to attach the leaves firmly to cover the base and build up volume.
Since the overall design is simple, it might be nice to think about the surrounding scene and how you arrange it.
Fingerprint ornament
Simple yet cute! Here’s an ornament idea you can make with finger stamps.
Prepare lace paper doilies, circular colored cardstock and white cardstock, ink pads, round stickers, and pens.
Cut the colored cardstock smaller than the lace doily but larger than the white cardstock.
Glue them in order—colored cardstock onto the lace doily, then white cardstock on top.
Stamp fingerprints onto the white cardstock.
Next, use round stickers and pens to create snowmen or reindeer.
Finally, attach a string for hanging, and you’re done! It’s also fun to decorate the blank spaces with stickers or write “Merry Xmas.”
